Remove hosts from iSCSI targets
The Storage Administrator (Provisioning) role is required to perform this task.
Perform one of following to display the Hosts tab.
For Hitachi Command Suite:
On the Resource tab, expand the Storage Systems tree. On the target storage system, click Port / Host Group. On the Ports / Host Groups / iSCSI Targets window, select the Hosts tab.
For Storage Navigator:
Expand the Storage Systems tree and select Ports / Hosts Groups / iSCSI Targets. Select the Hosts tab.
Expand the Storage Systems tree and select Ports / Hosts Groups / iSCSI Targets. Select the port in the tree, and select the Hosts tab.
Expand the Storage Systems tree and select Ports / Hosts Groups / iSCSI Targets and the port. Select the iSCSI target, and select the Hosts tab.
Select hosts in the Hosts tab.
Display the Remove Hosts window by performing one of following:
Click Remove Hosts.
Click Remove Hosts (iSCSI).
Click More Actions, then select Remove Hosts(iSCSI).
From the Actions menu, select Ports/Host Groups, iSCSI, then Remove Hosts.
Click Finish.
In the Confirm window, confirm the settings, in Task Name type a unique name for this task or accept the default, then click Apply.
A message appears asking whether to delete it.
If Go to tasks window for status is checked, the Tasks window opens.
Click OK to close the message.
