Clearing the browser cache
When an error occurs on Device Manager - Storage Navigator, clearing the browser cache may solve the problem.
Procedure
In Internet Explorer
Note: These instructions are for IE8 on Windows 7. If you are using a different version of IE, the names in the GUI may be different.
Click Tools > Internet Options.
Click the General tab.
In the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete. This will delete the temporary internet files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web form information.
In Firefox
Note: These instructions are for Firefox version 35 on Windows 7. If you are using a different version of Firefox, the names in the GUI may be different.
Click Tools > Options. The Options window opens.
In the Options window, click Advanced. The Advanced window opens.
In the Advanced window, click the Network tab.
In the Network tab, under Cached Web Content, click Clear Now.
