“Failed to LOGIN” is displayed. |
Check that the user name and password are correct. If you forget your password, log in with the Security Administrator (View & Modify) and set a new password. When you are using an external authentication server such as LDAP, check the following:
If the symptom recurs even after you correct the settings for the authentication server, use the dump tool to collect Storage Navigator normal dump files to some recording media and then contact the Hitachi Solution Support Center. |

The Storage Navigator window is not displayed. |
Make sure the URL of the desired service processor is registered to the Trusted sites section of the Internet Options dialog box. . |

The Storage Navigator does not start even with repeated attempts. |
Close all the web browser windows and then clear the web browser cache. Use the Task Manager to check for ‘hung” or duplicate processes. |

A network error occurred when you logged in to Storage Navigator. |
Close all dialog boxes and log in to the Storage Navigator again. If the same error occurs, check the network environment. |

“Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” is displayed. |
