Resynchronizing a mirror
When you resynchronize a mirror, data copying from the P-VOL to S-VOL in all pairs in the mirror restarts. To resynchronize a mirror, make sure that the mirror status is Stopped.
Resynchronize mirrors while I/O load is low. Especially when different types of pairs are mixed in the same consistency group, a mirror resync operation at high I/O load might result in a pair resync failure, with the pair being split (the pair status becomes PSUE).
