Software and licensed capacity
Three licensed capacity types are available. The one you choose depends on the software. The following table shows the licensed capacity types:

The licensed capacity is estimated by using one of the following capacities, which depends on the software product.

Mounted capacity / usable capacity |
The licensed capacity is estimated using the capacity of all the LDEVs in the storage system. |

Unlimited capacity |
You can use the software regardless of the volume capacity. |
