Problems with a website security certificates

Some operations in the Device Manager - Storage Navigator menu are executed with a Java application. Therefore, an SSL-related security warning may appear when the secondary window opens. If the message “There is a problem with this website's security certificate." is displayed, follow the procedure below.

Procedure

  1. Click Continue to this website (not recommended).

  2. If a message about downloading SJsvlSNStartServlet.do displays, click Open.

  3. If A website wants to open web content using an outdated program on your computer is displayed, click Allow.

  4. If the Security Warning window is displayed, click Continue. The application will start downloading.

  5. If the Security Warning window is displayed, select I accept the risk and want to run this application, and click Run.

  6. Device Manager - Storage Navigator opens.

  7. Close the warning window.

    NoteSometimes, the window that displays There is a problem with this website' s security certificate does not close automatically. It is OK to close the window manually.
