Removing CHAP users
To perform this task, following roles are required:
Storage Administrator (Provisioning) role
Security Administrator (View and Modify) role
Perform one of the following to display the CHAP Users tab.
For Command Suite:
On the Resource tab, expand the Storage Systems tree. On the target storage system, click Port / Host Group. On the Port / Host Groups / iSCSI Targets window, click Create Host Groups tab.
For Storage Navigator:
To display all CHAP users in the storage system, in the Storage Systems tree, click the Ports/Hosts Groups/ iSCSI Targets, select the CHAP Users tab.
To display CHAP users related to each port, in the Storage Systems tree, expand the Ports/Hosts Groups/ iSCSI Targets node, select each port. Select the CHAP Users tab.
To display CHAP users related to each iSCSI target, in the Storage Systems tree, expand the Ports/Hosts Groups/ iSCSI Targets node, select each port and each iSCSI target. Select the CHAP Users tab.
Select the CHAP user.
Display the Remove CHAP Users window by performing one of the following:
Click Remove CHAP Users.
From the Actions menu, select Ports/Host Groups, iSCSI, Authentication, then Remove CHAP Users.
Specify User Name and Secret.
Click Finish to display the Remove CHAP Users window.
Confirm the settings and enter the task name in the Task Name box.
A task name can consist of up to 32 ASCII characters (letters, numerals, and symbols). Task names are case-sensitive. (date) - (task name) is input by default.
Click Apply in the Confirm window.
If the Go to tasks window for status check box is selected, the Tasks window appears.
