Workflow for restoring SI pairs

Use the following workflow to restore SI pairs:

1. Place the P-VOL offline.

2. Split or suspend the pair.

If you plan to restore pairs using Reverse Copy, split or suspend the pairs sharing the same P-VOL.

If the SI pair you plan to restore shares a volume with TC or UR, suspend the TC or UR pair.

3. Restore the pair.
