Clearing the cache in Google Chrome

If an error occurs in Device Manager - Storage Navigator, try clearing the web browser cache to solve the problem.

Procedure

1. Click Chrome Menu > Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data.

2. Check the Cached images and files checkbox.

3. Click Clear browsing data.
