Clearing the cache in Firefox

If an error occurs in Device Manager - Storage Navigator, try clearing the web browser cache to solve the problem.

olh-note.gif These instructions are for Firefox version 35 on Windows 7. If you are using a different version, the labels in windows might be different.

Procedure

  1. Click Tools > Options.

  1. In the Options window, click Advanced.

  1. On the Network tab, under Cached Web Content, click Clear Now.
