Help on Configuration Tables

Each row in a table displays one configuration parameter.

The name field is a descriptive name for the configuration parameter; it doesn't necessarily match the parameter name in the actual configuration file or within the HitDFMon program.

The value field shows the current value from the current configuration file.
If this is blank then the default value would be used.
This field allows you to define a new entry for the coniguration file.

The default field shows the default value (if one is defined).
To select the default value delete the configuration value from the configuration file (i.e. delete all characters in the value field) and HitDFMon will use the default value as defined at program startup - this may be different to the value currently displayed. If you want to make sure the displayed default value is used, then enter that value into the value field.

The current field shows the value currently used by HitDFMon. To make HitDFMon use the value from the configuration file then the program must be restarted.

The min and max values are defined only for some numeric values.
Where defined, HitDFMon will accept values within the min and max values only.

The units field is for information only.
