The Polling End logfile entry (code 56131) may include additional keywords for
specific device types.
This page shows the keywords that may appear when Storage (HDS AMS/WMS/SMS, 9500 and 9200)
devies are polled.
| NoRoute: | Will have an 'A' or 'B' appended. Shows a communication failure when attempting to communicate with the shown controller port. A is the first controller port. NoRoute:A and NoRoute:B may appear in the same log entry - in which case, the poll end status will be 'CommFail'. |
| MP | A 'major poll' is allowed - all data may be collected |
| No 3E_BB | Shows that an attempt to fetch Power Saving status has failed. |
| Ports[4]:AB..|..:Status | Shows an attempt to fetch details of Host Port status.
The number with [] shows the number of ports possible on the device. The data between the two ':' characters shows the availability of HostPorts on each controller. The first controller is to the left of '|' and the second controller to the right. '.' indicates that the relevant Host Port is not available, or not vaid. A letter 'A' through 'H' shows that Host Port indicated is valid. Status will be either 'OK' if the details were fetched successfully, or 'Fail' if there was a communication error in the request. |
| [< | Hi-Track has logged on to the Storage device. |
| >] | Hi-Track has logged off from the Storage device. |
| PC: | Three pages of device data have been fetched - this keyword will include either two or four hexadecimal characters to show which optional page was fetched. (Two pages will always be fetched on each poll.) |
| PC-ALL | All pages have been requested on this poll. |
