Impact on the System

When an AP works with low power consumption, some component functions such as the USB and PoE out functions are disabled. In addition, radio power is reduced, or radios are disabled.

Possible Causes

The PSE of the AP failed to meet the power supply requirements of the AP.

Procedure

  1. Run the lldp enable command in the interface view to enable the LLDP function. In this way, the peer PSE device can identify the power supply standard of the local PD and supply power as required.

    • If the alarm persists, go to Step 2.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.

  2. Check the peer PSE and ensure that the power supply standard meets the AP's power supply requirements.

    • If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.

  3. Collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
  4. End.
