The AP service may be interrupted after a period of time.

Parameters

Name Meaning

OID

Indicates the ID of a MIB object.

Type

Indicates the type of currently supported AP licenses.

Reason

Indicates the alarm reason, including:

  • The AC is not managed by iMaster NCE-Campus.
  • The wireless service license expired.

RemainTime

Indicates the number of remaining days before the AP service is interrupted.

Impact on the System

WLAN services will be interrupted after a period of time. This alarm is generated only on the AC in cloud management scenarios.

Possible Causes

  • The AC fails to be managed by the iMaster NCE-Campus.
  • The WLAN service license has expired.

Procedure

  1. Check the network and ensure that the AC communicates with the iMaster NCE-Campus properly and is online.

    Run the display cloud-mng info command and check the field AC status in the command output.

    • If the status is Online, check the configuration used by the AC to register with the iMaster NCE-Campus to ensure that the AC is online.
    • If the status is Offline, go to Step 2.

  2. Check whether the WLAN service license has expired.

    Run the display cloud license command and check whether Wireless service is expired in the command output.

    • If so, purchase the license and load it on the iMaster NCE-Campus.
    • If not, contact technical support.
