Possible Causes

The communication with the RADIUS accounting server is interrupted.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the RADIUS authentication server is shut down.
    1. If the RADIUS authentication server is shut down by the user, no action is required.
    2. If the RADIUS authentication server is not shut down, go to step 2.
  2. Check whether the link is normal.
    1. If the link is abnormal, restore the link.
    2. If the link is normal, go to step 3.
  3. Check that the client is added to the RADIUS authentication server, and the shared key is configured correctly on the RADIUS authentication server.
    1. If the configuration is incorrect, correct the configuration.
    2. If the configuration is correct, go to step 4.
  4. Contact technical support personnel.
