ARP/4/ARP_LEARNRESUME_TRAP:OID [OID] ARP learning recovered because the memory usage fell below the threshold. (Slot index=[INTEGER], Threshold=[COUNTER]).
When a board memory usage fell below the threshold (Board memory restart threshold - 1), the board started leaning ARP entries again. For example, the 1 GB memory restart threshold is 90%, and the 2 GB memory restart threshold is 95%. When the memory usage of a board with a 1 GB memory installed falls below 89%, the alarm is generated. When the memory usage of a board with a 2 GB memory installed falls below 94%, the alarm is generated.
