IFNET/4/IF_FLOWDOWN:OID [OID] The state of interface turned to DOWN because of FLOW DOWN. (Interface=[INTEGER], InterfaceIndex=[INTEGER], SysUpTime=[TIMETICK], FlowStatus=[INTEGER], InterfaceName=[STRING])
The trap was generated when the traffic on a particular interface was interrupted and then the interface became Down. The time and cause for the status change was recorded.
