An alarm is triggered when no PoE power supply on a PoE device is working properly.

FrameID Indicates the chassis ID of a device in a stack.

Possible Causes

No PoE power supply on the PoE device is working properly.

Procedure

  1. Check whether a PoE power supply exists on the device.
  2. If no, insert a PoE power supply to the device.
  3. If yes, check whether PoE power supply is damaged.
  4. If the PoE power supply is damaged, rectify the fault or replace the PoE power supply.
