WLAN/4/AP_DETECT_SOFTGRE_DOWN_RESTORE:OID [oid] AP detect softgre tunnel down recover notify.(APMAC=[OPAQUE], DstIP=[IPADDR], APName=[STRING], APID=[INTEGER])

An AP detects that the Soft-GRE tunnel is recovered.
