WLAN/4/STA_NUM_EXCEED_THRESHOLD_RESTORE:OID [oid] AP access user number exceed threshold notify restore. (APMAC=[OPAQUE], RadioID=[INTEGER], APName=[OCTET], UserNum=[INTEGER], APID=[INTEGER])

The AP generates the alarm clearance notification when the number of users associated with the AP falls below the alarm threshold.
