The number of access STAs reached the maximum physical specifications supported by a radio.

APMAC Indicates the MAC address of an AP.

StaNum Indicates the number of access STAs.
MaxStaNum Indicates the maximum number of access STAs supported by the radio.

Impact on the System

New STAs cannot go online.

Possible Causes

The number of access STAs reached the maximum physical specifications supported by a radio.

Procedure

  1. Replace the AP with a model supporting more access STAs or expand the AP capacity.

    • If the alarm persists, go to step 2.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to step 3.

  2. Collect alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact technical support personnel.
  3. End.
