This trap message is generated when a wireless access controller enters or leaves the helper status. GR failure affects the normal forwarding of routes.

Possible Causes

During GR, the GR helper status changed.

Procedure

Perform the following configurations as required:
- If the active/standby switchover is performed manually or the OSPF process is restarted through GR, go to Step 3.
- If this trap is generated without any manual operation, go to Step 2.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
