Indicates the ID of a MIB object.

ACID

Indicates the AC ID corresponding to the link between the Navi AC and local AC.

Reason

Indicates the reason for the link disconnection. For example, license resources are insufficient or the CAPWAP link is disconnected.

Impact on the System

Services of STAs remotely authenticated on the local AC fail.

Possible Causes

The link between the Navi AC and local AC is disconnected unexpectedly.

Procedure

  1. Run the display navi-ac connect-record ac-id ac-id command to check the recent records of going-offline or failures to go online on the Navi or local AC, based on which you can rectify the fault according to the handling suggestions for the corresponding reasons.
  2. Check the configurations on the Navi AC and local AC.
  3. Check the network connectivity between the Navi AC and local AC.
  4. Check the license usage.
  5. Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
  6. End.
