Description

WLAN/4/AP_TYPE_INFO_INCONSISTENT: OID [oid] APs of the same type report different AP type attributes. (APMAC=[OPAQUE], APType=[STRING])

The AP-type field reported by an AP is different from that configured on the AC.

Indicates the ID of a MIB object.

APMAC

Indicates the MAC address of an AP.

APType

Indicates the AP type.

Impact on the System

The AP-type field reported by an AP is different from that configured on the AC.

Possible Causes

An AP type is manually added and may be different from the actual one.

Procedure

  1. Upgrade APs of this type to the latest version, manually delete the AP type, and add AP type information again when an AP running the new version go online.
  2. For other help, contact technical support personnel.
