Impact on the System

When an active/standby switchover occurs, APs on the AC are brought offline.

Possible Causes

The PSKs configured for encrypting sensitive information are inconsistent on the active and standby ACs.

Procedure

  1. Run the capwap sensitive-info psk psk-value command on the active and standby ACs to configure the same PSK for encrypting sensitive information between the ACs and APs.

    If you forget the configured PSK, it is recommended that the same PSK be reconfigured on the ACs.

  2. Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
  3. End.
