Possible Causes

The percentage of successfully authenticated NAC users reached the upper alarm threshold.

Procedure

  1. Run the display authentication user-alarm configuration command in any view and check the Current Alarm Resume Percent field in the command output to analyze the upper threshold for the number of authenticated NAC users.
  2. Analyze the number of users, properly plan the network, and adjust the threshold. Run the authentication user-alarm percentage percent-lower-value percent-upper-value command in the system view to configure the alarm thresholds for the number of authenticated NAC users.
  3. If the fault persists, go to step 4.
  4. Collect log information and contact technical support.
