Procedure

Run the display radio command to check whether the channel utilization and interference on the air interface are high and whether packet loss and retransmission are severe on the air interface.
Run the ping command to check whether packet loss occurs on the link between the STA and AC. If so, locate the NE where packet loss occurs.
Run the display interface command to check whether packet loss occurs on the physical port of any intermediate NE between the STA and AC.
If the alarm cannot be cleared, collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and then contact the technical support personnel.
