The TCP connection cannot be established, and upper-layer routing protocols, such as LDP/BGP, cannot establish sessions.
Cause 1: The MD5 authentication passwords on the two ends of the TCP connection were inconsistent.
Cause 2: Only one end of the TCP connection was configured with the MD5 authentication password.
If only one device is configured with an MD5 authentication password, configure an MD5 authentication password on the other device and ensure that the MD5 authentication passwords are the same on both devices. Then, go to Step 3.
If both devices are configured with different MD5 authentication passwords, go to Step 2.
