Description

WLAN/4/AP_UNSUPPORT_COUNTRY_CODE:OID [oid] AP not support configured country code notify.(APMAC=[MacAddress], APName=[STRING], APLockCountryCode=[OCTET], APID=[INTEGER], ConfigCountryCode=[OCTET])

The AP does not support the country code configured on the device.

Parameters

Name Meaning

OID

Indicates the ID of a MIB object.

APMAC

Indicates the MAC address of an AP.

APName

Indicates the AP name.

APLockCountryCode

Indicates the country code locked on the AP. If the AP supports multiple country codes, a hyphen (-) is displayed.

APID

Indicates the AP ID.

ConfigCountryCode

Indicates the country code configured for the AP.

Impact on the System

The AP cannot get online.

Possible Causes

A country code not supported by the AP is configured on the device.

Procedure

  1. Run the display regulatory-domain-profile and display ap run-info commands to check whether the country code configured on the device is the same as that supported by the AP.

    • If the country codes are the same, go to Step 3.
    • If the country codes are different, go to Step 2.

  2. Run the country-code country-code command to set the country code on the device to the one supported by the AP.

    • If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 5.

  3. Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and then contact technical support personnel.
  4. End.
