Parameters

Name Meaning

OID

Indicates the ID of the MIB object.

APMAC

Indicates the MAC address of an AP.

RadioID

Indicates the radio ID.

APName

Indicates the AP name.

Channel1

Indicates the actual working channel of the AP.

Channel2

Indicates the actual second working channel of the AP.

CauseId

Indicates the channel change reason.

  • 1 - The channel was changed due to an unknown reason.
  • 2 - The channel was changed due to Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS).
  • 3 - The channel was changed due to WDS network establishment.
  • 4 - The channel was changed due to manual configurations.
  • 5 - The channel was changed due to radio calibration.
  • 6 - The channel was changed due to the notification of a 3GPP base station or the avoidance of invalid 3GPP channels.
  • 7 - The channel was changed because the AP does not support the configured channel or to avoid the IoT card channel.
  • 8 - The channel was changed due to Mesh network establishment.
  • 9 - The channel was changed because the AC reallocates a channel based on the DFS mechanism.
  • 10 - The channel was changed due to radar channel switchback.
  • 11 - The channel was changed due to AP synchronization.

CauseStr

Indicates a character string describing channel change reasons.

PreChannel1

Indicates the channel before change.

NOTE:

When an AP goes online on an AC for the first time, the channel of the AP before change is not saved on the AC. Therefore, when a channel change alarm is generated for the first time, the original channel of the AP is displayed as - in the alarm.

PreChannel2

Indicates the second channel before the channel is changed.

APID

Indicates the AP ID.

NewChannelHasRadarChannel

Indicates whether radar channels exist among the changed channels.

Impact on the System

The working channel of the AP was changed, which may affect the other APs.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The radio was calibrated.

Cause 2: Users changed the channel.

Cause 3: Radar signals conflicted.

Cause 4: The channel changed in WDS mode.

Cause 5: The channel changed in Mesh mode.

Procedure

  1. No action is required.
