Impact on the System

The STA cannot access the network.

Possible Causes

The AP received unauthorized AE questions.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the MAC address of the STA is the same as that of the attack device.

    • If so, go to Step 2.
    • If not, go to Step 4.

  2. Run the sta-mac mac-address [ description description ] command in the STA blacklist profile view to add the attack device's MAC address to the blacklist.
  3. Then, check whether the alarm persists.

    • If so, go to Step 4.
    • If not, go to Step 5.

  4. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
  5. End.
