Possible Causes

Procedure

Check whether the MAC address of the STA is the same as that of the attack device.
- If so, go to Step 2.
- If not, go to Step 4.
Run the sta-mac mac-address [ description description ] command in the STA blacklist profile view to add the attack device's MAC address to the blacklist.
Then, check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, go to Step 4.
- If not, go to Step 5.
Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
