Usage Scenario
After the patch active all command is used to activate the inactive patches, the patches will be run temporarily. If a bug is detected in a patch, the patch deactive all command can be used to deactivate the patch. The patch delete all command can be used to delete patches from the patch area.

An active patch enters the inactive state.
