Function

The startup patch command specifies the name of a patch package to be used at the next startup.

Format

startup patch file-name [ slave-board ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
file-name

Specifies the patch package to be used at the next startup.

The value is a string of 5 to 64 characters for the AntiDDoS1600.

The value is a string of 5 to 48 characters for the AntiDDoS8000.

slave-board

Indicates the patch package to be loaded to the slave board at the next startup.

This parameter is valid only for the AntiDDoS8000.

Usage Guidelines

If a patch package is specified, the display patch-information command displays the patch status file. If the file is not null, the system automatically loads the patch at the next startup.

Example

# Specify the patch package loaded to the AntiDDoS8000 at the next startup.

<sysname> startup patch cfcard:/patch.pat

# Specify the patch package loaded to the AntiDDoS1600 at the next startup.

<sysname> startup patch hda1:/patch.pat
