Managing Online Administrators

To prevent the login of an illegal administrator to the ATIC Management center, you can monitor the online administrators in real time and forcibly log off the illegal administrators.

Prerequisites

  • To view the online administrators, the current administrator must have the permission to view the online administrators.

  • To forcibly log off an online administrator, the current administrator must have the permission to forcibly log off an online administrator.

Context

Session is the connection set up between the browser and the server. One administrator can generate multiple sessions. The forcible logoff operation is applicable to only the administrator that generates the session concerned. For example, administrator user logs in to the same server from clients A and B and generates sessions a and b. When you forcibly log off the administrator user that generates session a, the administrator user that generates session b will not be affected.

Procedure

  1. Choose System > System Administrators > Online Administrator .
  2. Do as follows to view the online administrators and their login information on the Online Administrators page.

    • Click in the upper right corner of the page. The latest online administrators and their login information are displayed.

    • To forcibly log off an online administrator, select the administrator and click . In the displayed confirmation dialog box, click OK.
