Usage Scenario

Globally enabling MPLS LDP is the basis of configuring LDP-related functions. On a network to be enabled with MPLS LDP, run the mpls ldp command to globally enable LDP for a public network instance or a VPN instance. After this command is run, the MPLS-LDP view is displayed. You can configure LDP function in that view.

Prerequisites

MPLS has been enabled globally using the mpls (system view) command.

Precautions

NOTICE:
Running the undo mpls ldp command in the system view deletes all MPLS LDP configurations in the system and interface views.
