To use a SIG9800 as the detection device, you need to add the SIG9800 to the ATIC management center for unified management.
Prerequisites
- The IP address of the SIG9800 front-end OMC has been obtained.
- The ATIC management center and the SIG9800 are mutually reachable, and the administrator can access the ATIC management center over the network.
Context
The SIG9800 functions as the detection device and interworks with the anti-DDoS cleaning device to protect the network from DDoS attacks. The SIG9800 can send logs about abnormal traffic to the ATIC management server. The SIG9800 can also regularly send the downstream traffic logs of each IP address in the Zone to the ATIC management center for dynamic baseline learning and traffic statistics collection. When the SIG9800 sends the downstream traffic logs, it also sends the logs about abnormal traffic.
