Check whether the ambient temperature is lower than the normal working temperature of a controller.
If yes, go to step 3.
If no, go to step 2.
Check whether the ambient temperature is higher than the normal working temperature of a controller.
If yes, go to step 4.
If no, go to step 8.
Add more air conditioners or raise the air conditioner temperature. After raising the ambient temperature to the normal working temperature of the controller, wait a few minutes. Query whether Recovery Time of the event
is displayed on the DeviceManager.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 8.
Add more air conditioners or decrease the air conditioner temperature. After decreasing the ambient temperature to the normal working temperature of the controller, wait several minutes. Query whether Recovery Time of
the event is displayed on the DeviceManager.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 5.
At the site, check and clear the heat dissipation aisle of the disk enclosure. Wait a few minutes after the aisle is cleared. Query whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed on the DeviceManager.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 6.
After querying information on the DeviceManager, click System in the function pane, and then click the fan module in the device view. In the Fan Module dialogue box that is displayed, check whether Health Status of the fan module is Normal.
If yes, go to step 8.
If no, go to step 7.
Replace the faulty fan module. Wait a few minutes after the fan module is replaced. Query whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed on the DeviceManager.
