Checking the Routine Test Period of a Disk

Procedure

1. On the CLI, run the show disk routine_test command to check whether Enable Routine Test of a disk is On and the value of Routine Test Period is greater than one minute.

   

   • If yes, no further action is required.
   • If no, go to step 2.

2. On the CLI, run change disk routine_test enable_routine_test=on routine_test_period=60.

   

   Run the show disk routine_test command to check whether Enable Routine Test of a disk is On and the value of Routine Test Period is greater than one minute.

   

   • If yes, no further action is required.
   • If no, go to step 3.
