Checking the Residual Processes of Minisystem

Procedure

1. Enter the minisystem mode.
   1. Log in to the storage array as user admin.

      

   2. Enter the developer mode.

      The password to enter the developer mode is debug@storage.

      

   3. Run the minisystem command to enter the minisystem mode.

      

2. Clear a residual process.
   1. Run the ps -C os_debug_mode_p command to find out a minisystem process.

      

   2. Run the kill -9 pid command to clear the process whose TTY is ?.

      

   3. If there are multiple residual processes, repeat the preceding steps until all the os_debug_mode_p processes whose TTY are "?"are cleared.

      

3. Run the exit command to exit the minisystem mode.

   

4. Log in to other nodes of the storage system and repeat step 1 to 3.
5. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
