Checking the Status of a Fan

Fault Status

  1. Check whether an external power failure occurs.

    • If yes, go to step 2.
    • If no, go to step 3.

  2. Recover the power supply and wait one minute.

    Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 3.

  3. At the site, check whether the rotation of a fan is abnormal due to blocking of sundries.

    • If yes, go to step 4.
    • If no, go to step 5.

  4. Clear the sundries that stop the fan from rotating.

    Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 5.

  5. Replace the fan module.

    Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 6.

  6. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
