Checking the Status of Power Supply

Health Status Being No Input

  1. Check whether power cables are connected between the external power supplies and the device.

    • If yes, go to step 3.
    • If no, go to step 2.

  2. Reconnect the power cables between external power supplies and the device.

Check whether Health Status of the power supply is Normal.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 3.

  3. Check whether the power cables are well connected with a multimeter.

    • If yes, go to step 5.
    • If no, go to step 4.

  4. Replace the faulty power cables.

Check whether Health Status of the power supply is Normal.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 5.

  5. Check whether the input voltage is too high or too low within the equipment room.

    • If yes, go to step 6.
    • If no, go to step 7.

  6. Provide voltage stabilizers.

After the input voltage is stabilized, check whether Health Status of the power supply is Normal.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 7.

  7. Check whether the power modules are normal.

Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether Health Status of the power supply is Normal.
    • If yes, go to step 9.
    • If no, go to step 8.

  8. Replace the faulty power module.

Check whether Health Status of the power supply is Normal.
    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 9.
