Checking Path Status of Heterogeneous LUNs

Procedure

1. Run the scan remote_lun command to scan for heterogeneous LUNs.

2. Check whether Status and Path Priority of heterogenous LUNs' paths are Normal and Active or Standby, respectively.

   • If yes, no further action is required.
   • If no, go to step 3.

3. Check whether alarm 0xF01080015 is reported.
   • If yes, clear the alarm by taking recommended actions in alarm details.
   • If no, go to step 5.

4. Check whether Status and Path Priority of heterogenous LUNs' paths are Normal and Active or Standby, respectively.

   • If yes, no further action is required.
   • If no, go to step 5.

5. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
