Checking the HyperVault

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager to check whether a link down alarm is reported.

    • Yes => check whether the device connection is normal. Ensure that the remote device is linked up. If the alarm persists, go to 2.
    • No => 2.

  2. Check whether an alarm is reported indicating a fault on the hypervault source end FS, backup end FS, or the storage pool where the FS resides.

    • Yes => Clear the alarm by performing recommended actions. If the alarm persists, go to 3.
    • 否 => 3.

  3. Collect related information and contact Huawei technical support engineers.
