On the CLI, run the show lun general command to check whether Health Status and Running Status of the LUN are Fault and Offline respectively.
NOTE:
In the preceding figure, Health Status of LUN 0, LUN 1, LUN 2, and LUN 3 are Fault, and Running Status is Offline.
If yes, go to step 5.
If no, go to step 2.
On the CLI, run the show lun general command to check whether Health Status and Running Status of the LUN are Fault and Online respectively.
NOTE:
In the preceding figure, Health Status of LUN 0, LUN 1, LUN 2, and LUN 3 are Fault, and Running Status is Online.
If yes, go to step 3.
If no, the current system has no problem.
On the CLI, run the show alarm command to check whether an alarm is displayed indicating that a disk in the disk domain where the LUN resides is removed.
NOTE:
In the preceding figure, the disk in slot 11 of disk enclosure CET0 in disk domain 0 is removed.
If yes, go to step 4.
If no, go to step 5.
Reinsert all the disks whose Running Status are Offline. On the CLI, run the show lun general command to check whether Health Status and Running Status of the LUN are Normal and Online respectively.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 5.
