Performance Dump Alarm Misreport

Procedure

  1. Log in to the CLI as user admin. Run showupgradepkginfo -t 1 to check the system version.

    Check whether the system version is in the following scope:
    • V100R005C00SPC003 to V100R005C00SPC700
    • V100R005C01SPC100 to V100R005C01SPC700
    • V100R002C00SPC015 to V100R002C00SPCh00
    • V100R002C01SPC015 to V100R002C01SPCh00
    • Yes => 2.
    • No => 4.

  2. Run hw_chgalarmmask -i 60163817496 -m 1 to enable the alarm masking.
  3. Log in to the ISM. Choose Event > Event Management from the menu bar. In the displayed Event Management dialog box, click the Events tab. Check whether the 0xE020B0018 Failed to Dump the Performance Statistics File event is displayed.

    • Yes => Delete the alarm manually.
    • No => No further action is required.

  4. Run hw_chgalarmmask -i 60163817496 -m 0 to disable the alarm masking.
