Checking Single-Link Status of Heterogeneous LUNs

Procedure

1. Check whether alarm 0xF000B0063 is reported on the OceanStor DeviceManager indicating that an external LUN is connected to one controller only.

   • If yes, recover the link by taking recommended actions in alarm details.
   • If no, go to step 3.

2. Check whether the heterogeneous LUN is connected by a single link.
   Figure 2 Heterogeneous LUN status
   

   • If yes, go to step 3.
   • If no, no further action is required.

3. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
