Cloudbackup Task

Health Status is Fault.

  1. Check whether the cable is correctly connected to the service network port.

    • Yes => 3.
    • No => 2.

  2. Connect the network cable to the service network port properly.

    Wait for five minutes and log in to the CLI. Run the showcloudbackup command to check the Health Status of the Cloud backup is Fault.

    • Yes => 3.
    • No => No further action is required.

  3. Collect related event information and contact technical support engineers.

Running Status is Copy Completed or Recovery Completed and the cloud backup task is set to periodic startup.

  1. Before the upgrade, change the startup mode of the cloud backup task to manual.
    1. In the navigation tree, choose SAN Services > Cloud Backups.
    2. Select the backup task that you want to start.
    3. Change Synchronization Type to Manual.
  2. After the upgrade, change the startup mode back to periodic.
    1. In the navigation tree, choose SAN Services > Cloud Backups.
    2. Select the backup task that you want to start.
    3. Change Synchronization Type to Periodic.

Running Status is Copying or Recovering.

  1. Check again after the copying or recovery is complete.
