Checking a SAS Port

Procedure

  1. Replace cable connected to the SAS port. Perform the check again to determine whether the check is passed.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 2.

  2. Replace the interface module where the port resides and the interface module where the peer port resides in sequence. Perform the check again to determine whether the check is passed.

    NOTE:

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 3.
