Checking Controller Status

Procedure

  1. Log in to CLI. Run showcontroller to show controller status.



  2. Operation Status: Normal indicates that the controller runs properly. Health Status: Normal indicates that the controller is in a normal state.
  3. Replace the abnormal controller.

  4. After the controller is replaced, log in to ISM. Log in to ISM. Choose Event > Event Management. In the Event Management dialog box that is displayed, click Events. After selecting device and event source, click Query. Check whether Recovered At of the Controller Is Faulty event is displayed.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to step 5.

  5. Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
