- Replace the faulty BBU module.

Storage System V100R001 Parts Replacement. NOTE: The way to replace the parts of 18500/18800/18800F/HVS85T/HVS88T is the same as S5600T/S5800T/S6800T.
After replacing the BBU module, log in to the DeviceManager to check whether Recovery Time of the event is displayed.
- If yes, no further action is required.
- If no, go to step 2.
- Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
